Each top is constructed with Sateen bow sleeves, instead of cheaper cotton or bow drill. The seams are dielectrically sealed (carefully, so that they don't press out the grain in the material from the heat-seal process). Only premium polyester thread is used for all sewing operations, which ensures a much stronger seam than cheaper monofilament thread. Each vinyl convertible top is made from 36 ounce pinpoint vinyl material, with all patterns cut with computerized efficiency.
