Restore original roof-to-glass sealing performance with this Left Hand (Passenger Side) Roof Panel Side Weatherstrip Retainer for 2005–2013 C6 Corvette Coupes and Z06 models. Constructed of extruded aluminum with molded EPDM rubber, this retainer is designed to secure the outer roof weatherstrip and help form the critical pocket into which the upper door glass seats during closure. The retainer attaches to the roof structure, providing the proper base and seal integrity required for quiet, watertight performance.

Weatherstrip Care Tip
Weatherstrip seals are prone to drying and cracking—especially on older Corvettes. Regular maintenance with non-petroleum dielectric silicone grease keeps rubber seals elastic, prevents sticking, and protects against UV damage and extreme temperatures. Apply a small amount to a soft cloth and wipe over rubber seals monthly. This treatment extends the life of weatherstrips on doors, window seals, sunroofs, trunks, hoods, and convertible tops. Avoid petroleum-based products, which accelerate deterioration and surface cracking.
