1972-1979 Bus Camshaft Hot Street Low End and Mid Range

SCAT C35 Type 4 Camshaft, Stock 1.3:1 Rockers, 20087 is designed for Type 4 engine only, and it's specs are .495" Valve Lift with stock 1.3:1 Rockers, 285 degrees of advertised duration, and 246 degrees of duration at .050", on a 108 Lobe Center.

SCAT camshafts have been around seemingly FOREVER, but there is a reason for that (their grinds work well!). While not as State Of The Art as a Web-Cam, these are great for the enthusiast that has to watch his pennies, especially if you don't need a super specific grind, you just need a "little more" than stock!

This cam is similar to the Engle W110 grind, it will not work with stock FI, but works very well with both dual 1bbl and dual 2bbls carburetors. This is a nice upgrade on stockish engines, it's an outstanding Bus cam! HD Springs are required! This cam works best with Compression from 8.25-8.5:1. Power band is from off-idle to 5500.

This cam is NOT clearanced for Stroker Crankshafts, for that you need a special Web-Cam.
