Built with larger 1.5" tubing and a lightweight design, it allows improved exhaust flow compared to stock heater boxes while still supporting your heater and defrost system.
Unlike stock slip-fit connections, this unit features a bolt-on flange for a more secure, leak-resistant connection to your flanged extractor or performance muffler system.
Fits the Following Volkswagen Models:
1963-1974 VW Beetle (Standard), 1971-1974 VW Super Beetle, 1963-1971 VW Bus, 1963-1974 VW Karmann Ghia, and 1973-1974 VW Thing (upright Type 1 & Type 2 engines).
Does not fit fuel-injected Beetles.
