Our reproduction Front Left Rear Wheelhouse is produced using a thick gauge steel for lasting function and quality. The Front section of the Rear Wheelhouse is the inner panel and fits where the suspension attaches behind the rear wheel of your Air Cooled VW.
This item is double skinned so moisture gets trapped inside your old panel causing it to rust from the inside.
