Get the correct tolerance, then tighten this 1966-1979 Right Side Front Wheel Bearing Clamp Nut tight and it will stay in place on the front spindle.

This is necessary for proper wheel bearing tolerance adjustment, not to exceed about .006, that's just a little wiggle.
