Towing Notes — Read Before Use:
Do not tow a fully automatic VW with the rear wheels on the ground — this will cause transmission damage. Never back up while the tow bar is connected — disconnect first if backing up is required. Confirm the steering column will not lock during flat towing. Confirm the emergency brake is off and the transmission is in neutral before towing.
