1973-1979 Super Beetle Headlight Switch 12 Volt 5 Prong
The five prong headlight switch can fail, so check relays and fuses first, then the switch. Does not include knob.
Tech Note: We have noticed when a switch fails, sometimes it causes the relay to fail also.
Please note: the current Super Beetle headlight switch does not use the "x" terminal. You can tape off or trace the wire back to the ignition switch and remove the wire from the harness. The "x" terminal originally was used so the headlights would not turn on unless the key was turned on.
