1990-1993 L98 & LT1 Air Intake Power Coupler
Replace your power-robbing, cracked engine air intake couple with Mid America Motorworks exclusive 1990-1993 Corvette Air Intake Power Coupler. This coupler replaces the inefficient corrugated style factory unit with a free-flowing smooth design that reduces intake air turbulence while increasing intake volume and velocity! This Air Intake Power Coupler is made of black rubber with three, internal, wire reinforcements to keep it from collapsing. It measures 14" in length, the throttle body side measures 2-1/2" X 4-1/2" oval, and the filter box output end measures 2-1/2" X 8" oval. A small hole will need to be drilled for the sensor wire. Included are two hose clamps to fit their respective circumference ends of the duct, a #60 and #104 hose clamp. If the coupler fitment is too long, the small end can be trimmed just enough to make fitment better.
