Which finish will match my Stingray, Grand Sport or Z06? Textured black will match the fender extension that goes around the front wheel well. It will blend in better with a textured finish. We recommend Textured Black for all C7 Corvettes (Stingray, Grand Sport & Z06) as these are more for protections than aesthetics! Is any drilling required to install the splash guards? No. Drilling is not required. These are installed re-using existing OEM hardware found on the C7. Mud guards can be installed in under 20 minutes. I am noticing a lot of chipping on the side of my Corvette, and particularly towards the rear. Will these help? Yes. The Enhanced Splash Guards were designed 30% larger than the OEMs to offer additional protection for those areas. They will reduce the amount of rocks propelled towards the rear.
