While your C5 Corvette's stock 75mm Mass Air Flow Sensor Flows just enough air to sustain its LS1 engine, our 1997-2000 Corvette Modified Mass Air Flow Sensor's advanced design kicks up enough wind to support a 600hp engine. This larger-than-stock 85mm Mass Air Flow Sensor is designed and calibrated specifically for modified LS1 1997-2000 Corvette. The lightweight composite sensor will add up to 10 horsepower via proper air flow metering, which is partly due to the addition of "flow straighteners" and less incoming air flow restriction.
