The aluminum construction and design of this radiator saves weight and allows mounts to be molded into the tank, saving the cost of additional brackets to secure it in place. Normal chassis vibrations from engine upgrades and extended hard driving puts a lot of strain on these mounting points, creating cracks and leaks at the crimping point of the original plastic end tanks.
This radiator is built from the highest quality aluminum materials, assembled, furnace brazed, and TIG welded right here in the USA and carries a manufacturer backed limited lifetime warranty. Each one is pressure tested and carefully double wall boxed with insulation to guarantee a safe delivery.
