1976L-1977E Air Conditioning R4 Radial Compressor Hose Assembly
Keep the A/C blowing cool in your C3 with our 1976-1977 Corvette Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Assembly. This is a direct replacement hose assembly fits all late 1976 Corvettes originally equipped with the smaller R4 radial design compressor as well as early 1977 models equipped with VIR expansion valve. Hose assembly features correct aluminum manifold to mount to the back of your R4 compressor along with modern crimped on Goodyear vapor barrier hose, suitable for R12 and R134 refrigerant.
Early 1976 models were equipped with larger A6 compressor while later production 1976 featured the smaller R4 radial compressor. Early 1977 models were equipped with the same VIR expansion valve used in 1973-1976 production. Later production 1977 models featured A/C accumulator driers.
