Our 1972-1981 Corvette Clutch Z-Bar Ball Stud mounts to the frame and locates the LH end of the Z-Bar and provides a pivot point. Worn Ball Studs can lead to rough or catchy clutch action. Severe cases could even all complete dislocation of the clutch cross shaft, rendering the clutch linkage inoperable.
