The 1972-1973 Corvette Horn Relay is located right above the drivers side front fender well under the hood. Remove, check for functionality, and make sure that all connections are clean of corrosion. We recommend a light coating of dielectric grease on connections to prevent future corrosion and poor performance. The relay has two terminals on its bottom side.
