C3 1970-1978 Seat Back Lock Release Strap Assembly complete. This complete assembly with lower bracket that attaches to the lower seat bottom frame. The strap is riveted to this bracket and the strap goes up the seat back and is under the seat back lock button.
Many times this strap has been damaged and does not allow the seat back to be easily folded and causes the seat to not return to the "upright and locked position."
