1968-1973 Deluxe Wheel Cover Emblem Center Cap Assembly RPO P02. This GM Licensed Center Cap Assemble features the plastic center cap emblem with crossed flags mounted in a diecast chrome plated bezel that attaches to your wheel covers.

Fun Fact: Regular Produciton Option RPO P01 was used in 1968 and  from 1969-1973 that RPO was changed to RPO P02.
