1968-1972 Lower Center Windshield Frame Assembly
C3 Corvettes are commonly found with rusty birdcage body supports and floor pans due to water leaking through windshield post or frame assembly. Water collects under the frame moldings and in the channels, causes rust through, which then allows water to leak into the interior compartment. Repair can only be properly done by cutting out the original rusted frame section and welding in a new.
Our 1968-1972 Corvette Windshield Lower Frame Assembly will repair the lower area between lower corner/side posts. This complete assembly includes inner and outer steel stampings welded together.
