1963-1964 Convertibles and 1963 Coupe Sunvisors are all the same.
1964 Coupes Sunvisors are designed differently due to the header.

What are the different grains of vinyl for correct original C2 1963-1967 Sunvisors?
1963-1964 Sunvisors have a pattern in the vinyl called Seville Grain.
1965-1967 Sunvisors have a pattern in the vinyl called Madrid Grain.

Do I need unique Sunvisor Mounting Kits for the different years and models?
No. All C2 Sunvisors (Coupe or Convertible) are mounted on the windshield header, and one set of mounting hardware works for all cars.  

All Convertible Sunvisors are 10 inches from mount point to mount point. The only variation is the location distance from the mirror side; the outer edge of the Sunvisor to the first mount point is 2.25 inches versus 1.5 inches for the 1967 Convertibles. This variation for convertibles is due to the moving of the attaching of the rearview mirror in 1967.

Is there an easy way to tell a Coupe Sunvisor from a Convertible Sunvisor?
All C2 1964-1967 Corvette Coupe Sunvisors are flat. The 1963 Coupe and Convertible Sunvisors and 1964-1967 Convertible Sunvisors have a distinctive offset for horizontal attaching on the upper header and side of the visor. Convertible Sunvisors, due to offset shape for header clearance, are also left hand and right hand specific.

1964-1967 Coupes can be measured from mount point to mount point and should measure approximately 14 inches. 1963 Coupe and 1963-1967 Convertibles measure approximately 10.5 inches from mount point to mount point.
