This is the Mount Plate And Screws Which Mount to the 4 Speed Transmission. It Has Threaded Holes For The Bolts That Mount A Stock Manual Shifter To The Transmission. (Bolts Not Included).
This Plate Is Often Missing When A Hurst Or Other Aftermarket Shifter Has Been Installed At Some Point In The Past.
