1963-1971 C2-C3 Heater Hose "T" Fitting - Expansion Tank Mount 3826193 - OEM Number(s) (3826193)

Restore proper coolant flow with this factory-style heater hose "T" fitting.
This metal T-connector installs beneath the expansion tank and connects the heater hoses on small- and big-block engines. It replicates the original GM design for C2 and C3 Corvettes and ensures clean routing and consistent flow to and from the heater core. An essential reproduction for original-style restorations or correcting spliced lines.

Fits the Following Corvette Models:
• 1963–1967 C2 Small Block (327)
• 1965 C2 Big Block (396)
• 1968–1969 C3 Small Block (327)
• 1970–1971 C3 Small Block (350)

Material and Finish
Stamped steel construction with formed inlet and outlet pipes. Natural metal finish. Sized for standard heater hose fitment at firewall, manifold, and expansion tank junctions.

Under the Straw Hat
Original heater hose tees were prone to rust and internal blockage—especially after years of heat cycling and mineral buildup. This reproduction restores OE flow characteristics and helps avoid strain on the expansion tank fittings or manifold nipples. Proper cooling begins with clean routing.

Because Details Matter
Spliced rubber T-joints or hardware store replacements don’t belong on a Corvette restoration. This fitting restores factory correctness under the hood—and helps your cooling system do its job, mile after mile.
