Properly restore your Corvette with this 1968-1977 C3 Vertical Ignition Shield. Ignition shielding was developed by GM to reduce electrical interference for increased radio reception and performance. Often times, these shields can be removed during routine engine tune-ups to gain access to ignition components and are commonly missing entirely from a restoration. This shield attaches next to and the tabs are under the upper distributor cover shielding. This direct replacement shield is designed for long lasting good looks and functionality.
