1968 First Design, lower latch hand  Restoration Quality Seat Back Panels look just like the panels that originally came on your Corvette. Latch is towards the bottom of the seat. Late 1968 and all of 1969 models use a seat back with the latch on the upper portion of the seat back. Early first design 1968 latches were on the lower portion of the seat back.
