1968-1982 Side Window Forward Guide Bushing and Cap Assembly. Each C3 window has five holes located on the bottom of the window glass. The forward lower first hole is for the Forward Guide Bushing and Cap Assembly as well as position 5 (1968 only).

1968 Requires 2 sets per window, or four sets for complete vehicle application.
1969-1972 requires 2 complete sets for complete vehicle application.
