Many times these are modified from installation of an aftermarket tach in the dash of your old Corvette. These cases are used in every 1953-1957 reproduction tachometer that we sell. Reproduced exactly like the original tachometer housing for that exact detail. Even the spot welds on the mount tabs and draw marks in the case are the same as the original.
