Reproduction 80/20 style loop material is composed of 100% 6,6 Nylon yarn called Raylon. Tufted to a 1/8 gauge, Loop contains 20 ounces of yarn per square yard. 80/20 Loop carpet was first used in Corvette in 1965 and was the carpet for all Corvettes with Standard Interiors through the 1975 model year.
1963-1975 80/20 style loop reproduction carpeting for your Corvette is available in complete sets of front and rear carpets. Individual front or rear sets are also available.
1963-1964 carpet sets are flat cut and bound to exact OEM Standards and include attached foam backing / padding.
1965-1975 carpet sets are cut and molded to fit your Corvette flooring contours and include jute backing applied as per factory standards.
