Always replace the throw-out bearing when changing clutches. And as always, you will have to break the clutch down to see which style you have.
If your pressure plate has a round pad on the fingers the size of the release bearing pressure point you need 300693, which includes the spring clips, or 355028, which does not include spring clips but does give the option for OEM or Reproduction Versions.
These fit the pressure plates that do not have a central pad, both three arm style and the multi arm diaphram style.
