We've found the most efficient method of handling these orders is via fax, and now through this site, we're incorporating email, too!
To place an International Order:
- Place your order or catalog request by faxing: (217) 540-4425, USA or emailing email@example.com. You may also use our Online Ordering System by clicking the Online Order button on the home page!
- We'll then confirm back to you by fax or email (depending on your preferred mode of communication) detailed pricing information, product availability and shipping charges.
- You'll then fax or email us your response, setting the wheels in motion for the most proficient delivery possible.
Check (mail orders): In U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank, made payable to Mid America Motorworks. Allow 2-3 weeks clearance before order processing.
Money Order or Cashier's Check (mail orders): In U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank, made payable to Mid America Motorworks.
Credit Card (all orders): Make sure to include the number, expiration date, signature and address of
the card holder if it's different from the mailing address. Mid America accepts American Express,
VISA, Mastercard, Discover/Novus, Diner's Club, and Carte Blanche.
Check By Phone (phone orders): In U.S. Funds drawn to a U.S. bank. Checks are processed through our 3rd party check guarantee provider.
International Backorders/Out of Stock:
Because our international customers are responsible for payment of import duties and taxes,
to keep costs down, we often hold orders until all merchandise can be packaged together.
This procedure is particularly effective for large orders.
International Shipping Charges:
International, AK, HI, & PR customers- Please fax or call in advance for shipping information. All duties and taxes will be charged to the customer.
