Tech Tip: When removing the Corvette's body from the chassis be sure to save the original body shims and record where they were found. Frames were originally measured at the assembly plant and the correct amount of shims were taped down with masking tape at each body mount. You will need to match the number of shims so undue stress is not placed on your Corvette's body.
