If you order an item from Mid America Motorworks and are not completely satisfied:

INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ORDER:

1. Please inspect package upon arrival for damage/shortage and accuracy.
2. Item number listed on the invoice beginning with the letter “A” indicates a kit has been purchased. The individual components of the kit will be listed on the invoice as well.
3. Items will be charged to your credit/debit card as they are shipped. Back orders and items shipped directly from our supplier will not be charged until they have been shipped.
4. Shipping charges for truck freight items and international orders will be billed separately from the rest of the order.
5. Mid America Motorworks cannot be held liable for 3rd party expenses including, but not limited to: installation charges, storage costs, towing charges, etc.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please check website for most up to date pricing. Mid America Motorworks reserves the right to substitute items of equal or better value and quality.
6. Warranties: Mid America Motorworks warrants products for 60 days. Performance Choice products are warranted from manufacturing defects for one year from purchase date. If an item manufactured by another company has an additional warranty, it will be noted in catalog/website copy or on the paperwork received with the item. There are no warranties on electrical items unless otherwise noted. Warranties are void if the product has been altered or modified.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS:

If you order an item from Mid America Motorworks and are not completely satisfied:
• Within 30 Days of receipt, you may return/exchange it in new condition, in the original packaging for a merchandise credit or refund.
• Within 30-60 days of receipt, you may return/exchange it in new condition, in the original packaging for a merchandise credit or refund, less 25% restocking fee.
• Within 60 days-1 year of receipt, you may return/exchange it in new condition, in the original packaging for merchandise credit, less 25% restocking fee.
1. Returns will NOT be accepted for:
a. Installed, modified (sanded, primed, painted, cut, etc.), personalized or special ordered items.
b. Any electrical products, computer chips, scanners, tools, books, videos or CD’s, unless in original sealed packaging.
2. Contact Mid America Motorworks for a return authorization number (RA#). Repackage the items carefully to prevent damage during return shipping. Please include the Merchandise Return Form and use the address label on reverse side to return/exchange items. Merchandise must be complete, including all components and hardware to be eligible for a full product refund. Photos may be requested prior to return of item. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Send your return to us prepaid via UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service. COD returns are not accepted. Please retain tracking number until you receive your credit.
3. Items will be inspected before any final decisions are made on merchandise credits or refunds. Our Returns Department retains full discretion on granting full or partial refunds, exchanges or merchandise credits. For refunds, credit will be applied back to the original payment method used unless merchandise credit is issued. Items not in original packaging or packaging that has been written on are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
4. If returning a gift, please specify the name and address of the person who gave it to you. Providing this information will help us keep your return confidential.

CORE RETURN POLICY:

Core must be the same year, option and application as the item ordered. Core must be complete and in re-buildable condition to receive full credit. Core cannot be modified, painted, cut or altered in any way. Please drain all fluids. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost on the core return. Please contact Mid America Motorworks for return authorization number and return shipping address.

DAMAGE OR LOSS OF MERCHANDISE CAUSED BY SHIPPING:

If there are parts missing from your package, you must contact our customer service team at 800.500.1500 within 7 days of receipt with your name, invoice number and description of loss or damage. If you discover damage or losses caused in shipping, notify your local carrier’s office immediately. Save all packing material,
including the box.
