Allow touch-up paint to do its job invisibly with the Blob Eliminator! This unique formula safely removes excess touch-up paint on all surfaces, including metal, fiberglass and plastic. Simply clean the chipped or scratched area, apply touch-up paint and allow to dry. Then, wrap a tightly woven, clean cotton cloth around the provided buffing card and generously apply Blob Eliminator. Firmly rub over surface to penetrate and smooth out those offending paint globules! 2 fluid oz.
