But, just because it's affordable, don't think that it's a slouch. Our 350/290 HP will deliver 290hp @ 5100 rpm and a solid 326 lb/ft by 3750 rpm to your Corvette's drivetrain. With those kinds of numbers, it's the perfect replacement engine for any 1955-1982 Corvette.

GM Performance Parts has loaded a new GM 4 Bolt Main Block with Aluminum Pistons and a Hydraulic camshaft. The Cast Iron Cylinder Heads are designed to be extremely durable while still providing good airflow through the engine.

Our GM Performance Parts 350/290HP is a Base-level long block. Add an Intake Manifold, Carburetor, Ignition System, Starter, Balancer and Water Pump, and you will be ready to hit the road in your Corvette. This engine includes a 12 month 12,000-mile warranty.
