Tech Note: AC Delco brake pad compounds are interchangable on any of the C6 non-Z06/ZR1 Corvette applications. Typically the semi-metallic compound was orginal equipment on the base equipment Corvette. Corvettes equipped with Z-51 Performance Handling Package or J56 Heavy Duty Brake option were delivered with the "heavy duty" Ceramic pad compound.

Tech Tip: Any time you are servicing your Corvette's braking system, flush and bleed the system with new fluid. This should be done yearly to prevent moisture build up and corrosion in the system.
