Current Needs:

Production Scheduler/Office Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Creates and issues work orders to fill customer demand.
• Creates reports as needed to monitor inventory accuracy and production efficiency.
• Completes employee attendance/timesheets.
• Counts Year End Inventory.
• Ensures work orders are completed.
• Maintains MSDS sheets for all chemicals used in the facility.
• Maintains Part Number accuracy.
• Participates in Trade Shows.
• Runs MRP and creates Purchase Orders based upon demand for raw material.
• Verifies all raw materials are available when needed for production.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Associate's degree (or international equivalent) in business, marketing, logistics. Bachelor's degree preferred.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in production scheduling and purchasing.
• Must be analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization as well as customers, and suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Crystal Reporting

Web Designer

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for building, developing, improving multiple websites.
• Fully responsible for layout, visual appearance and usability of the company websites, ensuring that brand continuity is maintained.
• Responsible for basic coding of forms and some functionality in a .net environment.
• Work with web team, marketing, merchandisers to build and grow world-class automotive e-commerce site.
• Develop new Web applications as identified by supervisor and management through packaged and customized applications.
• Maintain and enhance existing Web applications and all internal systems are integrated.
• Perform complete testing of Web applications – unit and system, engaging users as necessary.
• Design and implement user-driven templates, databases and interfaces for ease of use.
• Result driven, proactive, self-motivating.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

2 year college degree required, Or comparable experience.

Experience:

2-4 years minimum experience in a fast paced environment in medium to large size company. Task oriented and being able to deliver projects within timeframe and budget. Interest in cars and the automotive aftermarket a plus.

Skills:

• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in .net platform (Asp.net, VB.net, C#).
• Proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS, Flash, Javascript, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
• Experience with relational databases (SQl Server, Oracle, Postgres, etc).
• Knowledge and experience with SEO.
• Google analytics experience a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce and/or business environment.

• 2-4 years of experience in providing excellent customer experience.
• Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets.
• Possess good verbal communication skills.
• Good salesmanship abilities.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• A solid understanding of computers.
• Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
