Mid America began operations at its current location in 1976 and has
since physically expanded into a modernized corporate campus - still
tucked into a rural environment that customers have come to love.
The campus includes the Main Corporate Building and Order Fulfillment
Center, the Performance Choice interior manufacturing building, the
Installation Center (where customers can have interior and exhaust and
performance products professionally installed), and the famous MY Garage
Museum and Retail Store. Another very popular feature on the grounds is
the authentic and fully restored 1910 Gas Station.
In addition, a professional show field is being developed on the north
side of the campus that includes a Sales & Registration Building, a
Vendor and Swapper Plaza, and the Field of Dreams (an outdoor concert
arena). A park-like setting is envisioned which will make this venue a
sure-fire winner for many different automotive entertainment
applications.

Position: Call Center Manager
Department: Call Center
Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all
operational activities for our sales/customer service call center,
wholesale group, retail store & installation center.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Direct the forecasting and scheduling of daily workforce, based on
annual and monthly sales budget.
• Track and measure individual and team productivity and quality
results for staffing forecasts.
• Manage and motivate call center staff to meet sales performance
goals. Ensure that all call center initiatives and incentives are
developed and executed as planned.
• Maintain and monitor performance, production, attendance and
punctuality records, reviews, and appraisals for staff.
Required Experience and Skills
• Thorough knowledge of inbound/outbound call center operations.
• Multi-channel experience highly desired
• Understanding and ability to execute inbound/outbound programs to
ensure service levels and financial objectives are met.
• Strong planning, forecasting, problem-solving, and analytical
skills.
• Proven ability to develop and produce reports from existing
systems, analyze them, and make informed recommendations.
• Knowledge of current call center and workforce management
technology.
• Must be able to foster a positive and productive work environment,
with ability to lead, build teams, and motivate staff.
• Possess excellent knowledge of manpower planning and scheduling in
an inbound customer service environment.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Position: Accounting Manager
This is a “working manager” position that will be directly involved in daily operational and G/L activity. Heavy emphasis on Accounting automation and A/P management. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting with CPA designation is preferred.
Position: Installation Service Manager
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on mechanic who wants to run his own shop. Heavy emphasis on interior replacement and restoration, exhaust installation, and body add-ons. Critical Skill: maintaining communications between customer, sales, scheduling, and purchasing to ensure
seem less service. Establishing high quality product standards and customer service is mandatory.
Position: Interior Manufacturer
Department: Performance Choice manufacturing division
This position involves installation of seat covers, operating
various cutting presses, soldering electronics and assembling,
painting and packaging products. Qualified applicants possess
mechanical aptitude, painting skills, and are precise and
methodical. Automotive or upholstery skills a plus.
