1968-1981 Idle Solenoid Bracket for Holley Carburetors
This bracket from Holley will allow you to transfer your 1968-1981 stock carburetor throttle solenoid to your new Holley carburetor. This solenoid is often called an "anti-dieseling" solenoid, as it allows the carburetor throttle plates to completely close when the ignition is turned off. When the throttle is completely closed, it eliminates the tendency for some engines to run on and clatter after the switch is turned off.
